Hanagaki Kijonenpu 10 Years
On the palate, this wonderful Sake presents a round body, suave and mellow . A slight acidity finish completes the sensation and brings an unsuspected balance.
Hanagaki Kijonenpu 10 was produced from adding sake to the brewing tanks and then matured for 10 years.
You can consume this chilled sake as an aperitif, in a whiskey glass and in a manner similar to whiskey. It will go perfectly with dark chocolate!
Also, try it out by drinking it at room temperature, or heated in a water bath. It will go wonderfully with a chocolate, fruit or even pasta cheese dessert.
